The one-piece, hinged metal enclosure enables stacking multiple boxes for ganging and is re-enterable for high-traffic areas or blank penetrations. It is 4 in.² and comes in a six-pack. The intumescent material and foam smoke seals are firestop-tested for up to 3 hours.

Jonard’s CST-1i Cyclops wire stripper removes the outer insulation from all unshielded and shielded twisted-pair and multicore cables that are 1/8 to 3/8 in. in diameter. The self-adjusting blade strips PVC, plenum and other types of insulation without damaging inner braids, foils or cable conductors.

Lencore’s Classic/i.Net decorative paging horn is a surface-mounted speaker designed for indoor and outdoor use. It is typically specified in areas where the ambient background noise is already greater than 50 dB, such as a cafeteria area where no ceiling tile is present. It is IP-65-rated. 

STI’s EZ Path Series 22 fire-rated pathway is an enclosed heavy-gauge galvanized steel pathway lined with intumescent material engineered for rapid expansion when exposed to fire or high temperatures, quickly sealing the pathway against the passage of flames and smoke. It is designed for new cable installations but can be installed around previously installed cables in existing construction. There is no limit to its shelf life.

Vivotek’s V Series IT9389-HTVW-V3 dual-light A.I. turret camera is designed for proactive nighttime deterrence. It features color nighttime footage, automatic alarm deterrence and a real-time speaker. It has a built-in warm light effective up to 30 m and an infrared (hybrid) illuminator effective up to 40 m. With the infrared on, it operates in temperatures from –22°F to 113°F.

Made of commercial-grade, heavy-duty zinc, Arlington Industries’ single-gang and new two-gang cut-in mounting bracket offers extra rigidity. It is for installations of Class 2 low-voltage wiring in existing construction, and is adjustable for ¼- to 1-in. wall thicknesses, with threaded holes for easy device installation.

Ascend Tools’ 5.5-in. compact three-hole fiber optic stripper is designed to strip the jacket, buffer and cladding from the fiber core. L-com’s Category 5E UTP 24-AWG 4-pair stranded conductor has a PVC jacket and is EIA568 color-coded. It is designed for high-speed ethernet data applications. Stranded conductors are flexible and designed for patchcord use.

InnerDuct’s fiber optic cable puller package includes a fiber optic cable puller, foot control and hoses. A capstan is available in 30 in., 42 in. or 50 in. The package can also include electric tension monitoring components, including an electronic control box and a chart recorder for permanent pull documentation.

Bosch’s AVENAR smoke detector 4000 enables early smoke detection due to intelligent signal processing. It monitors the environment for electromagnetic influence for fast root-cause analysis and is available in dual-optical versions. 

Rack-A-Tiers’ Tug Wise standard lazy Susan wire-dispensing tool is designed to pull up to 1,000-lb. wooden or plastic wire reels. It fits in a van and enables wire pulling in all directions with no adjustment needed. It has four screw holes for easy attachment and is made of heavy-duty polypropylene. It functions as an SIP end point connecting with a single Cat. 5/6 cable from your PoE switch. It can be programmed from any PC on the same LAN or remotely using a static IP address. It can be programmed to automatically deliver a digital announcement identifying the location of the emergency call.

Seco-Larm’s multifunction timer/counter features low-current draw and seven modes that are easily programmable with push buttons and LED display. The timer can be set to trigger a notification as a red LED, buzzer and/or a Form C relay output (10A at 24V DC). The integrated panel camera takes a picture of the person who disarms the system and captures images during an alarm event. It features two-­way voice communications, one-­touch arming and disarming, a panic button, an SD card slot to add photos for the photo frame feature, and built-in help videos.
