Sumitomo Electric Lightwave’s JR-7 thermal jacket remover is compatible with 200- and 250-micrometer fiber ribbons. LED lighting illuminates the heater area. It has IPX-2 water protection and is shock-resistant. The blade and battery can be replaced in the field. It can operate in temperatures from 32°F to 104°F.
