Specified Technologies Inc.’s LC120 SpecSeal LC endothermic firestop sealant is latex-based for construction joints and noncombustible penetrations. It is applied with a standard caulk gun and forms a flexible seal. It is tested for up to 4 hours of fire resistance and works in temperatures up to 185°F.
