Ascend Tools’ FOC-851 cutter can cut Kevlar fibers embedded in fiber optic cables. The spring-loaded safety latch ensures the blades remain securely locked when not in use. A micro-serrated blade grips material for a nonslip cut and thermoplastic elastomer handles.
