Werner’s C311100 6 ft. DeCoil lanyard features a deceleration device designed for controlled tearing action to reduce fall arrest force. A polyester webbing allows for easy inspection and provides durability. The snap hook is designed to prevent false engagement.

MSA Safety’s 10176307 Latchways personal rescue device is a lightweight, full-body harness system for self-rescue. The 65-foot-long descent line is made from Aramid rope. An arc-flash model is also available.

FallTech’s 82403 ElasTech energy-absorbing lanyard has an elastic leg construction for working lengths from 41/2 to 6 ft. to reduce tripping hazards. The high-modulus internal elastic expands and contracts with users’ movements. It includes an alloy steel snap hook for harness attachment.

FallTech’s 6814150K rescue and descent work site kit’s bidirectional design provides shuttle operation for multiple successive descending users. The rope lifeline has lightweight aluminum alloy connectors. The integral triple-mode lifting capability has a handwheel, ratcheting handle and power drill adapter. The maximum descent load is 440 lbs. for two users.

Buckingham’s BuckEscape 302AFKIT-65 kit is an after-fall self-rescue system. The energy-absorbing lanyard enables a worker to perform a self-rescue from a disabled aerial bucket, or if the worker is ejected from the bucket and is suspended from their lanyard. Built-in suspension trauma steps are designed to alleviate pressure during the self-rescue process.

Petzl’s Volt fall-arrest and work positioning harness is designed with a vest that ensures the harness keeps its shape. Triax Technologies’ spot-r wearable work-management device and system enables site supervisors to conduct real-time head counts, perform location checks and find specific workers on the job site. Workers also can push the self-alert button to instantly report site hazards, incidents or potential injuries. In case of emergency, authorized personnel can trigger site-wide evacuation alerts.
