Southwire’s HL12RSW LED headlamp comes in 120- and 250-lumen options. It features a detachable and mountable magnetic head to stick to electrical boxes, support beams or any metal surface. It has a constant light output for the entire life of the charge and a 360-degree rotating head. It can run up to 10 hours.

Fluke’s HL-200 EX headlamp grips to hardhats. It features an adjustable angle and high and low light modes. The beam distance is 100 lumens on low and 200 lumens on high. It is IP-67-rated and has a run time of 5 hours on high and 12 hours on low. 

Lind Equipment’s HL-X hazardous location headlamp is explosion-proof. It can fit directly on the head or on a hard hat to leave hands free. It is made of durable and chemically resistant polypropylene. The battery burn time is approximately 6 hours with alkaline cells.

Petzl’s Swift compact, rechargeable headlamp ­offers 1,100 lumens of brightness at less than 4 oz. A sensor analyzes the ambient light and automatically adjusts brightness to user needs. The mixed beam provides visual comfort for a variety of work situations. It can be worn on the head or mounted on a helmet using compatible accessories.

Madi’s LED headlamp works with or without flash shields. There is no back light to blind others and it has high, low and spot settings. It offers 450 lumens and 20 hours of runtime. It is waterproof and has a fire-retardant strap.

Streamlight’s ProTac 2.0 headlamp produces 2,000 lumens. A programmable switch enables user selection of one of three different programs: high, medium and low. The protected Li-ion battery is USB rechargeable. 

Madi’s 95-HL4AA LED waterproof headlamp works with or without flash shields. There are three settings: bright, dim and off.  It offers a full view in front and no backlighting that blinds others.

Milwaukee Tool’s Redlithium USB lightweight hard hat headlamp delivers 600 lumens of output with hybrid, spot and flood modes. It detaches from the bracket for easy charging and to help get light into hard-to-reach places. It features 180 degrees of mobility and 5 different output modes.

Jameson’s 31-HDL Prechargeable LED headlamp has three different light modes: flood, spot and up-close light. It is made of impact-resistant materials, which are dust- and water-resistant, and strong enough for the toughest conditions. The motion-activated sensor allows you to turn the headlamp on and off with a wave of your hand. 

Petzl’s Swift RL Pro rechargeable 900-lumen headlamp has a sensor that analyzes ambient light and automatically adjusts brightness to user requirements. It also has red lighting. The five-level gauge allows precise monitoring of the battery charge level. It features a lock function to avoid accidentally turning on the lamp during transit or storage and for locking lighting settings during activity.

Makita’s 18V LXT lithium-ion LED headlamp adjusts from 0 degrees to 90 degrees. It provides 33 hours of continuous illumination on a single charge. The nonslip rubber strap keeps the lamp head securely attached to hard hats. The battery holder features a built-in clip for attaching to a belt.

Petzl’s Pixa Z1 headlamp features a multibeam for close-range work, movement and long-range vision. The storage position protects the headlamp lens and prevents inadvertently turning it on. It can be worn on the head, attached to a helmet with a mounting plate or placed on the ground. The rotating knob is ergonomic.

Petzl’s Tactikka Core is a compact, rechargable headlamp with multiple beam for proximity and distance vision. It also features red lighting to ensure stealth. It is compatible with mounting accessories so it can be attached to any kind of helmet.

Klein Tools’ rechargeable, auto-off head lamp has a light sensor that detects when the unit is in bright light and, after three minutes, automatically turns it off to save battery. It also has a bracketed strap to remove the light for recharging and a silicone strap to secure the headlamp on a hard hat for no-slip, no-stretch use.

Princeton Tec’s EOS 360 multiuse hardhat headlamp is attached to a slip-resistant, rubberized LED band that fits standard and wide-brim hardhats. The LED band has constant-on and safety flash modes and is covered in reflective strips.

Klein Tools’ Illumination headlamp features an antislip silicone strap that comes preadjusted to fit a hard hat. The lamp has a 45-degree tilt. In spotlight mode, the headlamp projects 150 lumens and can run for six hours. In floodlight mode, it projects 50 lumens and can run for 10 hours. It is also water-resistant and impact-resistant up to 6 ft.
