Siemon’s Gen2 (G2) Ruggedized LC adapter is a fiber-connectivity solution for harsh environments. It is inserted from the front with an aggressive locking nut positioned behind the faceplate that can be tightened without tools. It comes in bulkhead and inline (coupler) options. The G2 Ruggedized outlet dust cap protects unused outlets. It has ceramic alignment sleeves that provide a tighter tolerance for optimum core-to-core alignment when mating.
