Seco-Larm’s electromechanical mortise lockset unlocks from the outside with a key and has two door levers that can individually be enabled or disabled. It uses a standard lock cylinder. It installs in right- or left-handed doors, whether in- or out-swinging and connects to most access control or alarm for remote entry, request-to-exit and door monitoring capabilities.
