Portwest’s PW67 hard hat is unvented, and the shell is safe in electrical applications. It has a 4-point textile suspension harness and wheel ratchet for size adjustment. It meets the ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type I, Class E standard.

MSA Safety’s 10160925 V-Gard green full-brim hard hat is made with renewable green high-density polyethylene, a biopolymer made from sugarcane-based ethanol. It is slotted and can be recycled.

Klein Tools’ 60512 full-brim hard hat has a 6-point suspension for stability and balance. Users can adjust it with one hand using a large knob ratchet mechanism, even with gloves on, and a soft neck pad pivots to clear bandana knots and ponytails. Large adjustable vents can be opened and closed to manage air circulation.

Klein Tools’ Konstruct series hard hat is built using fiber-reinforced polymer. It can withstand radiant heat up to 350ºF and has a six-point suspension for stability and balance. It has a machine-washable, breathable, padded sweat-wicking band and top pad with evaporative technology. 

WaveCel’s T2+Pro full brim, nonvented hard hat features an accessory rail and standard earmuff slots. The low profile results in less head “bumping“ and “clipping” when working in tight spaces. It is 93% porous, allowing air to circulate freely through the dome.
