iTOOLco’s 120V Cannon 3K wire puller features dual capstans that can pull 16 and 40 ft. per minute on low speed and 51 and 85 ft. per minute on high speed. It includes a foot switch and a universal adapter for loads under 5,000 lbs. It can change from side-pull to overhead, underground or truck hitch.
