Klein Tools’ VDV226-005 crimping tool is a modular crimp-connector installation tool for voice and data applications with the Pass-Thru RJ45 connector plug. It crimps and trims pass-thru RJ45 connectors onto paired conductor cables (round STP/UTP cables).

Ridgid’s RE 60-MLR manual hydraulic crimping tool features a very slim crimp head design that can be rotated 330 degrees, allowing easy access to cables even in the most confined panel spaces. It comes with a blow-molded plastic carrying case with space for 13 crimping dies.

Ideal Electrical’s FT-45 feed-thru modular plug crimp tool trims twisted-pair wires flush with connector ends and works on feed-thru, standard and shielded connectors for Cat 5e or Cat 6. At 5.5 in. long and 0.5 lbs., its compact design is 2/3 the size of traditional crimpers. The cutting blade lasts for over 2,000 cuts.

Ideal Electrical’s coaxial strip and crimp tool is designed to terminate coaxial cable. Precision, form-ground stripping holes remove the outer jacket and insulation for RG-59 and RG-6 coaxial cable. The tool offers three crimping nests for crimping F-connectors and ring terminals.

Fiber Instrument Sales’ crimp tool die and handle aids in precision crimping that meets nonoptical disconnect requirements and pull strength demands. It includes three crimp sizes: 0.128 in. hex, 0.137 in. round

ABB’s TBZ3 crimping tool is a ratchet type hand tool. It is front loading and is designed for insulated cord ends between 0.5 and 6 mm². It is 195 mm long and has a mechanism to ensure a full compression. 

Ideal Industries’ ratchet crimp tool crimps insulated or bare terminals and splices on 10–22 AWG wire. The ratchet action prevents release prior to crimp connection to ensure uniform crimps. The vinyl-coated handles provide a solid, comfortable grip, and it includes a release mechanism.
