Kwikset’s Home Connect 620 Z-Wave-connected smart lock has a 10-button keypad with one-touch locking. It is designed to integrate with a variety of smart home systems and serves as an entry-level smart lock. Users can remotely lock and unlock with smartphones and tablets.

Assa Abloy’s IP-enabled IN120 series lock is available with an optional push-button keypad. Users can configure locks to support PIN-only access or can employ additional security by using dual authentication with a contactless credential.

The Latch C cylindrical deadbolt can be retrofitted into an existing building or added to a new project. It doesn’t require network connectivity and is rated to meet building codes. The camera has a 135-degree image capture and operates in 0–95% relative humidity, and the interior works in temperatures between –30°C and 70°C.

Latch’s 12V DC to 24V DC Latch R combines a reader, door controller and management system into one unit. The camera captures 135 degrees, and it operates in temperatures between -40°C and 66°C. It is surface-mount and wire-compatible with single-gang boxes.
