Lutron’s Maestro 0–10V occupancy dimmer sensor automatically turns lights on when someone enters a space and off when they leave. It can be used in residential or commercial environments and is designed for rooms where lights are accidentally left on in occupied spaces. 

Leviton’s OSF20-IUW passive infrared occupancy sensor is designed to be mounted directly into a luminaire and can be used for indoor or outdoor wash down locations such as food processing plants, warehouses and more. It comes with two interchangeable lenses for use in a 360-degree high-bay general area and low-bay applications.

Seco-Larm’s CS-PD535-TBQ infrared proximity sensor features a no-touch operation that reduces the risk of spreading germs, viruses, etc., through cross-contamination. The selectable LED colors (turns from red to green or green to red) show if the sensor is activated. It operates in temperatures between –4°F and 131°F.

Seco-Larm’s SD-9773-KNEVQ surface-mount, wave-to-open sensor with manual override button has an adjustable sensor range up to 6 in. and a 1A relay with an adjustable trigger duration from 0.5–30 seconds. It features an LED-illuminated sensor area for identification.

Ecobee’s SmartSensor features temperature and occupancy detection. Users can check the temperature using the app or voice assistant. It automatically adjusts the thermostat for energy savings when users leave home and restores comfort settings upon return. It detects which rooms are in use and adjusts accordingly, while automatically heating or cooling when electricity is cheaper.

Honeywell’s Pro series indoor MotionViewer motion detector can see up to 23 ft., has a 90-degree field of view and features night vision with infrared. It is pet-friendly and is not alarmed by pets up to 79 lbs. When motion is detected, users will receive an alert and can view captured video clips anytime.

Leviton’s 24V smart dimming wallbox sensor is designed to minimize contact and simplify installation. It combines occupancy/vacancy sensing with dimming and daylight response, as well as adjustable partial-on and partial-off capabilities. It features a field-of-view for enhanced minor motion detection to eliminate false offs.

Hilti’s PS 300 Ferroscan concrete detector is designed for locating rebar, measuring depth and estimating size in structural analysis. A wide sensor area enables a quick scan over large areas. It operates in temperatures between 14°F and 122°F. It works for structural assessment reports including statistics and visual presentation in 2D/3D views.

Honeywell’s Wi-Fi Lyric water leak and freeze detector is designed to detect and measure drops that could lead to a leak. It detects humidity and temperatures that could freeze pipes. It can record and log the humidity and temperature of the monitored area. It is resuable after detecting an incident.

Leviton’s Provolt occupancy sensor combines line voltage occupancy sensors and photocells. The lens establishes dozens of detection zones that require the heat source to move from one zone to another to trigger the sensor. The sensor will turn lights off if no motion is detected after a specified time. 

Leviton’s vandal-resistant, ODS10 occupancy sensor uses passive infrared detection technology to monitor a room for occupancy through a segmented fresnel lens. This lens divides the field-of-view into sensor zones. When a person passes into or out of a sensor zone, it detects motion and switches the lights on.

Leviton’s humidity sensor and fan control detects excess humidity and activates the ventilation fan to lessen condensation. The sensor uses a microprocessor combined with digital-sensing technology to monitor humidity levels. It fits within a standard wallbox.

Lutron’s wireless daylight sensor provides convenient light control. The ceiling-mount sensor saves energy by dimming or turning off electric lighting when sufficient daylight is available. The sensor detects light in the space and then wirelessly transmits the appropriate commands to the compatible dimming and switching devices to take advantage of the daylight.

Honeywell’s indoor security motion sensor emits an alert when motion is detected. However, the alarm will not be triggered by background motions or small animals. It includes wireless setup, and the battery life is up to three years.
