Hastings Hot Line Tools and Equipment’s 10-019 tree pruner is made of drop-forged steel with double cutting action blades. The two pulley rope strings triple the power for cutting limbs up to 11/2-in. in diameter. The complete unit mounts on a 12-in. fiberglass shaft with adapter and 25-ft. polypropylene rope.
