Copperweld’s 150V premium bell wire is a Class 2 power-limited circuit cable. It’s made of solid copper-clad aluminum 10% and annealed conductors with 6 mils of PVC insulation. The conductors are jacketed with 15 mils of sunlight-resistant, riser-rated PVC. It’s operating temperature is rated at 140°F.

Cerrowire’s TFFN copper wire may be used as fixture wire, machine tool wire or appliance wiring material. When used as Type TFFN, the conductor is rated for use up to 194°F. When used as Type MTW, it is rated for use up to 194°F in dry locations and up to 140°F in wet locations or when exposed to oil or coolant. When used as AWM, the conductor is rated for use up to 221°F in dry locations.

Cerrowire’s thermostat wire is a Class 2 power-limited cable for use in thermostat controls applications and bell and alarm systems. It is not to exceed 150V when installed. It features 18 AWG solid bare copper conductors with PVC insulation. It comes in 2-, 3-, 5- and 7-conductor constructions with a brown PVC jacket.

Alpha Wire’s Premium 3051 hookup wire is suitable for a temperature range of –40°F to 221°F. The conductor is made of 22 AWG tinned copper at a diameter of 0.03 in. The cable has a maximum pull tension of 5½ lbs.

AutomationDirect’s 300V Atlas Type AWM (appliance wire material) wire is commonly used for appliance wiring, control cabinets and machine tool applications. It consists of a tinned copper single conductor covered with a colored polyvinyl chloride outer jacket. It is available in sizes ranging from 26 AWG to 16 AWG.

Cerrowire’s twisted bell wire is commonly used for low-voltage battery transformer circuits, including connecting call-back, buzzer systems, door chimes and furnace controls. Both solid copper conductors are insulated with heat- and moisture-resistant PVC.

Copperweld’s grounding electrode conductor is made with a copper-steel bi-metal. All of the copper is located at the surface and periphery of the wire, which is designed to carry most of the fault current during short-circuit conditions. It discourages theft by offering a fraction of the scrap value of a copper GEC, and is cut- and break-resistant.

Cerrowire’s 18 AWG multiconductor copper wire may be used as sprinkler system wire for connecting field and central controls up to 30V. It is available with 4, 5, 7 or 10 conductors and in 50-, 100- and 500-ft. lengths. It is sunlight-resistant and suitable for underground applications. 

Orbit Industries’ 8-in. long 12 AWG wire tail is available in stranded and solid conductor types. It includes a No. 10 flanged fork on one end for clamping to device terminal screws, and 5/8-in. exposed conductor on the other end. Precut wire tails greatly reduce the need to cut and strip device conductors from reels of electrical wire while reducing scrap piles.
