Simpson’s zinc plated Wedge-All concrete wedge anchors are manufactured from carbon steel with zinc plating. They are used only in solid concrete. They are available in two styles: threaded and tie-wire.

Confast’s Thunderstud hot-dip galvanized wedge anchor is made from 304 stainless-steel clip in a variety of diameters, lengths and thread lengths for applications into solid concrete. With hot-dip galvanizing process, it is designed for use in moist environmental applications.

Confast’s hammer drive anchors are designed for permanently attaching junction boxes to solid concrete. When the anchor has expanded, the junction box cannot be removed without possibly damaging the junction box or cutting the head off the anchor. It is available in ³/₁₆- and ¹/₄-in. diameters.
