Arlington Industries' FLBC4502 4.5-in. nonmetallic concrete floor box has six conduit hubs and four plugs. The reversible FLBC4502LR leveling ring can install any 6-in. cover on any 4¹/₂-in. concrete box. Side A fits any 6-in. round cover with a 3¹/₂-in. screw hole pattern. Side B has a second set of holes that fit 6-in. covers with a 3³/₈-in. screw hole pattern.
