Bill Grande is Director of Product Management at Leviton Manufacturing, Co., Inc. Bill has been with Leviton for 32 years in a variety of Engineering and Marketing roles and is currently responsible for managing Leviton’s Residential safety products and lighting controls. Bill also actively participates in industry trade, codes and standards organizations.

Alfred LaSpina is the Product Group Manager for LED Lamps at LEDVANCE, maker of SYLVANIA general lighting in the US and Canada. He has been with the company for over a decade in increasing marketing roles and currently manages the LED Lamp portfolio within the commercial lighting channel. He has been marketing consumer and residential products for over 20 years, holds a BA from Tufts University and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University, and is listed as Inventor on 16 US Patents.

Dr. Arun Dutta is Director of R&D for LEDVANCE, maker of SYLVANIA general lighting in the US and Canada. He obtained his Bachelors from IIT and a Doctorate from MIT. Arun has 26 US patents and several International patents. He has been involved in advanced lighting product development for more than 25 years.
