Commerce Energy recently launched an offer exclusive to the Web site giving a $50 Target gift card to customers who switch. TXU Energy offers new customers up to a $75 credit on their bill for certain competitive offers in North Texas and throughout the state. Another electricity provider, Green Mountain Energy, offers a competitive price for green energy along with a $25 Home Depot gift card.
