International Association of Electrical Inspectors is now making final preparations for its 75th Diamond Jubilee Anniversary. The celebration will be held in Disney World, near Orlando, Florida, Sept. 7 - 13, 2003.
Hundreds of electrical inspectors, electricians, contractors, consultants and manufacturers are expected to converge on Lake Buena Vista, Florida, to enjoy educational sessions and a huge trade show, as well as many social activities, amidst the surroundings of the renowned entertainment theme park.
Instead of having six separate Section meetings that year, all Sections will combine their efforts at the one time and location. This will have the tremendous advantage of reducing the number of events for those who normally attend more than one of the Section meetings.
The Diamond Jubilee is being planned to meet the educational needs of members while also providing a fun setting for those wanting to bring families and take a bit of a vacation themselves. Guests can access the health club, play a round of golf on five championship courses, visit a 20,000 square foot playground, or go for a relaxing nature walk.
Vendors wishing to participate in the trade show should contact IAEI immediately to reserve space. Those wishing to establish a presence in the souvenir program should contact Ray Millet at
