Now available on-demand. Improving how field labor is managed can have a huge impact on profitability, and Digital Labor Ops is a powerful driving force for electrical contractors.

On March 23, 2023, at 1:00 pm Eastern, ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR held a free webinar, “Moving Your Labor Operations to Digital Workflows,” sponsored by RIVET Work.

Does your labor demand match your workforce? How long does it take you to find qualified workers with the right job site credentials and certifications at the right time? How often do labor issues snowball into a bigger problem, like going over budget or timeline? Software specializing in subcontractor workflows can help. If you’re spending 40%-60% of your budget on labor, the cost of the right software solution is not only justified, it’s critical to managing your field and growing your business.

Join Ryan Meitl from RIVET and a panel of electrical contractors updating to digital workflows to find out why and how your organization should embrace this technology for accelerated growth:

✅  Tim Whicker, President at Electric Plus in Indiana

✅  Nick Vettraino, Operations Director at KLA Labs in Dearborn, Mich.

✅  Phil Hansen, Commercial Service Manager at Roman Electric in Wisconsin
