Have you ever had to turn a toolbox inside out to find a needed tap or bit? An easy and cheap way to solve this problem starts with collecting empty vitamin and aspirin bottles. These small containers work great for smaller taps and bits and are easy to organize by applying labels that indicate sizes of the pieces.
Larger-sized plastic peanut butter jars are also great for storing both sorted and unsorted nuts and screws. Everything is easily visible within the clear plastic containers and, as with the aspirin and vitamin bottles, easily obtainable with screw-on tops.
