Nexstar Inc. announced the NexTREME Business Makeover Contest in which one contractor won a full year of hands-on business, financial and marketing coaching. Nexstar offered its business knowledge to develop and implement a step-by-step business plan to grow profits for the winning contractor.
Nexstar is a business development and best practices organization, offering business training, systems and support to independent home service providers (specifically electricians, plumbers, and heating and air conditioning professionals) across North America. It helps business owners and managers focus on service leadership and profitability through electronic systems, one-on-one coaching, training and events.
The following were contest eligibility requirements:
• Must be in the residential service and replacement contracting business five or more years
• Must operate five or more service repair and replacement vehicles
• Must have more than $1 million in revenue for the last fiscal year
