WASHINGTON, D.C. (December 1st, 2022)—ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR magazine, the leading trade publication serving the $202 billion electrical construction industry, has launched a new website designed to propel the media brand into a new era.

This new website was built on a new content platform by NECA’s web partners at AmericanEagle.com, with a renewed focus on navigation, archive discovery, reader experience and creating new opportunities for advertisers.

“The goal was not just creating a modern-looking and functional website,” said Andrea Klee, Publisher of ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR magazine. “We wanted to make our vast library of content easier to find and navigate, with new categories, and improved listings for our library of manufacturer products. We also have greater flexibility for our web ads than ever before, creating a less-intrusive experience for users and more successful campaigns for our advertisers.”

This new site launch happens just behind the 2022 Profile of the Electrical Contractor, the magazine’s industry-leading survey on the state of the electrical construction industry and the success of the contractors working within it. ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR magazine will still be available in print and through the ECmag mobile app. The print publication reaches more than 80,000 readers each month and continues to be the industry’s leading and most influential publication. To view the new website, visit ecmag.com.
