The 11th annual National Apprenticeship Day is April 30. This event is designed for employers, apprentices, labor organizations and more to show the value of participating in Registered Apprenticeships. National Apprenticeship Week is coordinated by the Department of Labor to promote Registered Apprenticeships in accordance with the National Apprenticeship Act. Week-long celebrations will resume next year.
Events are being held around the United States. Last year, there were 2,500 events and proclamations in every state and many territories.
