Cooper Bussmann Sponsors NASCAR Craftsman Truck

Cooper Bussmann Inc is the new primary sponsor for the No 63 NASCAR Craftsman Truck operated by the MB Motorsports race team; the sponsorship is the first for Cooper Bussmann in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.

“NASCAR is the fastest-growing spectator sport in North America,” said Bob Bender, vice president of marketing, Cooper Bussmann. “It’s an exciting venue for our distributors to host their customers.”

Scott Lynch will drive the No. 63 truck. He is a native of Boise, Idaho, and is a graduate of the University of Utah. Lynch has been racing since 1995. His career highlights include 2003 NASCAR Winston Series West Champion and 2003 Winston Series West Rookie of the Year. Lynch has started nine NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series events with four top 20 finishes.

Cooper Bussmann will run a limited schedule of races including Dover, Del.; Indianapolis; St. Louis; Atlanta; and Homestead-Miami, Fla.                EC
