MIS Group and ERG Announce Merger

MIS Group and ERG have merged. The merger allows a wider, more diverse set of services to be offered to businesses interested in increased operational efficiencies and profitability through technology applications and services. Both firms are Sage Software business partners.

Together, the combined operations will offer small- and mid-sized companies complete business management technology services including needs assessment, business planning, networking, custom programming, training and end-to-end software systems. These systems include integrated telephony, customer relationship management, accounting, human resources and additional critical functions as well as the specialized needs of construction company operations.

Projected 2006 revenues are $27 million. MIS Group, combined with ERG, will have 150 employees and more than 2,000 customers. ERG will operate under its own name until Jan. 1, 2007.
