1 Fire Alarm Control Panel > Silent Knight’s IFP-2000 scalable intelligent analog-addressable fire alarm control panel can be installed using existing fire system wiring and additional SLC loops using the 5815XL SLC expander to increase overall point capacity to a maximum of 636 points per panel. It has the interconnection capability for up to eight panels, and the networked system can either be configured to emulate one large virtual system or segmented into separate sites for multiple building applications.
2 Sensors > SECO-LARM’s enforcer curtain/barrier sensors are available in lengths from two-beam models in 11-in. cases, up to 10-beam models in 80-in. cases. They have a 50-ft. range indoors and 25-ft. range outdoors. The sensors can be programmed to trigger on the breaking of a single beam or any two adjacent beams. Other features include weatherproof aluminum construction, a N.O./N.C. 1 amp relay, and a built-in LED alignment system and tamper circuit.
3 Access Control Hardware > SARGENT Manufacturing Co.’s Harmony access control locking hardware has iCLASS 13.56 MHz contactless smart card technology. It provides seamless integration of Grade 1 security into an existing Wiegand-compatible access control system and is available in exit device, cylindrical and mortise lock configurations. Harmony incorporates an iCLASS card reader, door position switch and latchbolt monitoring sensors as well as request-to-exit signaling.>
4 Motion Detector > Honeywell’s 5800PIR-OD wireless outdoor motion detector delivers reliable outdoor performance in temperatures ranging from –4°F to 122°F. It has a range adjustable to 40 feet, immunity to large and small animals and two passive infrared sensors that must both be tripped in order to declare an alarm.
