The National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) Tool & Equipment Rental Schedule has been updated with analysis of all pieces from the 2010 edition plus 50 new pieces. Rental rates are based upon average initial purchase price, ownership expenses, and use periods. The average rental rates in the book are useful as a guide for internal estimating and cost accounting.
