After increasing modestly in 2015Q4, the index for T12 lamps posted a 12.0 percent quarter-over-quarter decrease, and a steeper 14.5 percent decline from the first quarter 2015. T5 and T8 shipments also continued to decline, decreasing by 1.3 and 8.9 percent, respectively, on a year-over-year basis.
