Lutron Launches Free National Tour for Installers and Specifiers
Lutron Electronics, a manufacturer of energy-saving, wireless lighting and shade control, recently announced a free, 13-city tour as part of its Caséta Wireless Dimmer/Smart Bridge Pro product launch. Designed for both installers and specifiers, the sessions will focus on how to get a head start on the next big profit opportunity—giving clients simple, reliable, affordable control of lights, shades and temperature from a remote, smart phone or tablet.
Attendees in each city can choose from three sessions, which feature a hands-on introduction to Lutron’s newest products, including the Lutron App and Smart Bridge Pro, Caséta Wireless dimmers, switches and Pico remote controls, Serena battery-powered window shades, occupancy sensors and LED dimming. Attendees will also have access to a show-only offer to experience Caséta Wireless in their own homes at more than 50% off regular list price.

Unveiled in Las Vegas in April, the professionally installed Lutron Smart Bridge Pro, embedded with Lutron’s powerful Clear Connect® Wireless technology, plugs directly into a home’s Wi-Fi router and sends wireless, radio frequency (RF) communication signals to Lutron’s Caséta Wireless dimmers and battery-powered Serena and Triathlon shades. The Lutron Smart Bridge Pro is easily paired with the new Lutron app with the press of a button, allowing dealers to install and setup a system in less than 30 minutes.
“This new, affordably priced solution gives installers and specifiers the ability to offer simple and reliable energy-saving products to clients who are new to lighting and shade control,” said Matt Swatsky, Caseta Wireless product manager at Lutron.
“This solution features the same Lutron quality the industry has come to know and trust and will help people think differently about their business models, as they can now give their clients a simple, connected home solution.”
